Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026

Smart Calendar is a visual calendar and planning app. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.

Information Stored On Your Device

Smart Calendar stores the following information locally on your device:

This information is used to provide the calendar, reminders, notes, theme selection, and Smart Planner features.

Account And Cloud Sync

Smart Calendar does not require an account.

The current version does not upload your calendar events, notes, or Smart Planner text to a developer server.

Smart Planner

Smart Planner turns short text prompts into event previews locally in the app. In the current version, this text is not sent to a cloud AI service.

Notifications

Smart Calendar may ask for notification permission so it can show local event reminders. Notifications are scheduled on your device.

The app may also request permission to restore scheduled reminders after your device restarts.

In-App Purchases

Smart Calendar offers optional premium theme packs through Google Play Billing.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. Smart Calendar does not receive or store your full payment card, bank account, or payment account details. The app may store purchase entitlement state locally so unlocked packs remain available.

Data Sharing

Smart Calendar does not sell your personal data.

The current version does not share your calendar events or notes with the developer or with third-party advertising or analytics services.

Data Deletion

You can delete events and notes inside the app. You can also remove local app data by clearing the app's storage from Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

Smart Calendar is not designed for children and is intended for general productivity use.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated if new features are added, such as cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, account login, or remote AI processing.
